We have developed the file sharing service File9 specially for Russian ISP, Sakh 9, Ltd. located at Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. The market of web services is very basic in that region and our client makes first steps to create service infrastructure for local customers.
The system allows to share files between anonymous and registered users with traffic limitations. It is implemented using PHP programming language, MySQL database for user data, Nginx and Apache web servers.
